For lovers of the Circus and for those who want some Sport that fun them and serve them learning, I present the Acrosport, a discipline that is included inside of the sports acrobaticss in the International Federation of sports acrobatics.
Formerly the circus and immersed in the activities made use, mostly of tricks with animals, clowns or other artistic characters. But over time this has changed to use more and more the human body.
Thus, within the many Circus exercises We find the Acrosport, a acrobatic sport – choreography where will integrate three basic elements:

We know that a sport requires clear rules and is set in a competitive activity. In this case, the Acrosport can develop in different categories according to gender and number of participants, ranging from pairs to quartets.
During the competition 3 should be exercises with a maximum duration of 2.30 minutes, in which the first year is of Balance or equilibrium, the second is of Tempo or dynamic, in which the agile should be air being propelled movements by the portor and finally should be a exercise combined that includes elements of the two previous exercises.
